Core Concept

The rSPD project systematically repurchases and burns a portion of its tokens at regular intervals, gradually reducing the circulating supply. As long as demand remains stable or increases, the reduced supply is expected to drive up the token price, creating a positive feedback loop.

Operational Process

Revenue Generation

Leveraging DePIN hardware infrastructure and Proof-of-Work (PoW) mechanisms, rSPD generates stable daily revenue.

Price Data Collection and Conversion

Market prices of revenue-generating assets are collected using TWAP/VWAP or decentralized oracle data, and then converted into equivalent U-based assets.

Fund Allocation and Buyback & Burn Process

  1. 50% of daily revenue in U is allocated for rSPD buyback through an auction process.
  2. The remaining 50% of U is dynamically paired with the repurchased rSPD based on market capitalization and injected into the liquidity pool to generate LP tokens.
  3. All LP tokens obtained are burned (sent to a black hole address), permanently locking liquidity and reinforcing the deflationary effect.
